What we do
Mostly rentals, and the sales that sit alongside them
Four out of every five properties we list are rentals. That is the shape of the market we work in: people arrive in Phuket, rent for a season or a year, work out which side of the island suits them, and only then start looking at what is for sale. Because both sit in the same book, you are not starting from scratch when that moment comes.
Rents on our books run from ฿7,000 a month to ฿1,800,000, with the middle around ฿50,000. Sale prices run from ฿1.39M to ฿650M, with the middle around ฿9.98M. Those figures are counted from the listings on this site, not quoted from anywhere else.
Every number on this page is read live from the site's own listings file. When the inventory is refreshed, these update with it.

Our busiest areas are Cherng Talay, Rawai, Chalong, Thalang and Kathu — but the book reaches all the way round.

A code like 2S0243 on every listing. Quote it when you message us and we are both looking at the same property.

What this site does and does not claim
Are all these properties available today?
No. The book includes properties that have already been let or sold. We keep them because they are the best record of what a building or a street actually goes for. Send us a reference and we will confirm the current status with the owner before you plan anything.
Where do the descriptions and photos come from?
From the owner, through us. Each listing page shows the description as it was published, and links to the original listing so you can see it in context. Sizes, bedroom counts and prices are taken from the same source — where a figure was never stated, the listing leaves it out rather than guessing.
Do you value my property for free?
Tell us the area, the size and the type and we will tell you what comparable properties on our books are asking. See listing your property for how that works.
