Fees
Commission on success
You pay us when the property is let or sold — not before. There is no charge for listing it, for the valuation, or for the viewings. The exact commission is agreed with you in writing before your property goes on the books.

This page deliberately does not state a percentage, because we do not know yours. Send us the rate you charge for a letting and the rate you charge for a sale, and whether either differs by property type or value, and we will put the real figures here.

Before you list
Do I have to list exclusively with you?
That is your choice and it is written into the agreement either way. Tell us what you would prefer when you get in touch and we will set it out clearly before anything is signed.
What do you need from me to get started?
The address, proof that you own it or are authorised to let it, the size, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, what furniture is included, and how viewings can be arranged. Photos help; if you do not have good ones we will sort that out.
Can I let it out and sell it at the same time?
Yes — plenty of owners do. It goes on the books twice, once in each list, and we make sure anyone viewing it knows the position.
What if I want to take it off the market?
Tell us and we will withdraw the listing. The notice period, if any, is part of the agreement you sign at the start — we will point it out to you rather than leave it in the small print.
